Shipping and Returns


 All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and take approximately 3-5 business days once items are shipped, tracking  numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase. Orders are processed within 7-10 business days  before shipping. Shipping MAY take up to 7-14 business days. The Halo Life is not responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. The Halo Life does not hold responsibility for a package that states it has not been delivered or listed as untraceable. If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting  your local post office.

 Return and Exchanges

 Unless there has been an error on The Halo Life behalf or product defect (not caused from shipping), then there will be no exchanges.  You have up until 5 days (after receiving the product), to contact the company regarding any issues.
 Once you have contacted us within 5 business days, and if in any event, an error/defect has occurred, exchanges and  returns/exchanges will be granted  under these conditions:
 1. There cannot be any type of use of products or hair.
 2. Product seal's cannot be broken.
 3. Hair still has to be in bundle form.
 4. Hair cannot appear to have any product or alterations such as combing, brushing, cutting, etc.
 If a return or exchange is granted because of our error or defective product, there will be no shipping fee.
